Why is RIMC the Toughest?
Unlike Sainik Schools or RMS which rely on OMR, RIMC is a Subjective Written Exam. You have to write essays, solving math steps, and descriptive answers. At Brigadier Academy, we transition students from "Tick-Mark" thinking to "Descriptive" writing.
Descriptive Writing Skills
For English (125 Marks), we teach precise essay structures, letter writing formats, and grammar logic that RIMC examiners look for.
Viva-Voce Prep (50 Marks)
The interview is a make-or-break stage. Brigadier Chauhan conducts mock interviews to ensure your confidence matches your knowledge.
RIMC Eligibility (Class 8 Only)
RIMC admits students only in Class 8, twice a year.

The "Young Cadet" Roadmap
A step-by-step journey to Sainik School / RMS selection.
Phase I: Basics & Fundamentals
Month 1-3. We revisit school textbooks to ensure the child understands concepts before solving tricks. Focus on Tables, Reading Skills, and Handwriting.
Phase II: Syllabus Coverage
Month 4-8. Systematically covering the entrance exam syllabus (Maths, GK, Intelligence, Language). Weekly unit tests.
Phase III: OMR & Exam Mode
Month 9. Teaching children how to fill OMR sheets correctly (crucial for young kids) and time management strategies.
Phase IV: Mock Marathon
Final Month. Daily mock papers solving to remove exam fear and boost confidence.

RIMC FAQs
How many seats are there in RIMC?
Approximately 25 cadets are admitted every 6 months. It is one of the most exclusive institutions in the country.
Can I apply online?
No. RIMC has an offline application process. You must obtain the prospectus and application form from RIMC Dehradun (by post or online payment) and submit the hard copy to your State Government authority.
Is the exam objective or subjective?
RIMC is entirely Subjective (Descriptive). There are no OMR sheets. You have to write detailed answers.
