Who Is your Mentor ?
Brigadier (Dr) KS Chauhan is a graduate in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, MSc in Defence Studies, MPhil in Defence and Management, and PhD in Disaster Management. He is also a Fellow of Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, New Delhi. He has a very rich military and corporate experience of more than four decades. His exposure, expertise, and leadership spans across multiple sectors and disciplines including in the fields of Teaching & Learning, Skill Development,Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Human Resource Development & Management, logistics, military operation etc. Besides various command and staff appointments in India and abroad, he was also the head of a very large training centre where academic, technical, military and personality development courses areconducted for more than 10,000 military trainees (students) drawn from the Indian Army as also from some foreign countries. Under his dynamic leadership and close mentorship, Brigadier Chauhan Integrated (BCI) Academy equipped with modern technological resources will craft the students for succeeding in various competitive exams including admissions to Sainik & Military Schools, RIMC, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas, Atal AwasiyaVidyalayas, and recruitment in Armed Forces, NDA, CDS, SSB Interview, CAPF, Police, and other civil services through personal guidance and close monitoring.

Our Mission
To optimise resources including experienced and expert faculty, smart classrooms both physical and virtual, well-structured curriculum, modern technological tools such as AI and MML, and impart very high standard of knowledge, skill, and techniques to a large number of boys and girls hailing from rural, semi urban, and urban areas across the country, and belonging to all strata of the society to enable and empower them to compete with confidence and achieve success and aspirations. While doing so care will also be taken to provide special opportunity to the wards of Defence personnel, differently abled, economically weaker, and brilliant youth.
Objectives
1. To begin with commence online and offline coaching for entrance examinations of Rashtriya Indian Military College, Rashtriya Military Schools, Sainik Schools, and NavodayVidyalays in March 2025, and conduct focussed coaching classes in a systematic manner using world class resources.
2. Commence coaching for NDA and CDS in April/ May 2025. Coaching for Agniveer, CAPF, SSC, and Banking Services, SSB interview etc will be conducted on forming batches with viable strength.
3. Ensure entire teaching and learning process is seamless, interactive, and progressive with personalised touch.
4. Quality academic knowledge of the subjects in the syllabus, skills, and techniques required for optimising the response time during examination will be imparted.
5. Besides academics, special care will be taken for motivating and developing the personality of the students to instil confidence, resilience, discipline, dedication, and leadership qualities.
6. Regular monitoring through periodic assessments, and meetings/discussions with the students as also with the parents/guardians, with requisite follow up, and course correction will be ensured.
